Local Recruitment Procedure (in brief):
- Submission of vacancy detail to us through C.S.R.F. OR by online posting of vacancy detail on our website by sitting in your premises.
- A discussion with Employer for a better understanding – Optional.
- Signing of a business agreement.
- FREE REPLACEMENT: If the Candidate’s service is terminated due to poor performance or any other work related reason with in the first forty (40) days, then the NHR shall take the necessary action to replace the Candidate/s at no cost to the Employer. However, reason should be submitted to NHR in written.
